Hope Church supports several long term missionaries all over the world; in London, England, Mali, West Africa, Cairo, Egypt, China and the Philippines, as well as local missionaries working on college campuses and church planters.
Each Summer dozens of our members take a part of their summer vacation to participate in short term missions through Hope Church. While these trips started as occasional youth events, they have developed into a vital part of our ministry as we dedicate time and money and energy to help those in need.
Hope Church has partnered with the Foundation for Peace for the past 13 years and has sent teams yearly on 10 day mission trips to the Dominican Republic to serve those in need. Over the years the teams from Hope have worked hand-in-hand with three different local village communities and church leaders across the Dominican Republic to build Schools, Churches, water treatment and distribution systems, latrines and a medical clinic, in addition to building many warm relationships.
The Appalachia Mission team, in partnership with ASP (www.asphome.org) returns each year to
Appalachia to help with Home restoration.
Members from Hope volunteer at a camp for adults with disabilities in Pennsylvania several times each year.
